The past year of 2023 was a year of milestone significance in the development history of the Party and the country, and also an extremely challenging and extraordinary year in the company's development history. In this year, we have been moving forward steadily in hard work and creating the future in striving, injecting strong impetus into further improving the existing circular economy industry system, spawning new industrial chains, and improving efficiency. In this year, we added the new investment project "10,000 tons/year of nano-carbon materials for high-voltage cable shielding materials", which is a major project in Shandong Province in 2023 (implementation category), aiming to solve the problem of import substitution of conductive nano-carbon materials for high-voltage cable shielding materials and realize the localization of conductive carbon black production for high-voltage cable shielding materials. The company's industrial advantages and innovative elements continue to gather, and the momentum is stronger, writing a new chapter of comprehensive transformation and high-quality development. In this year, in order to further enhance the cohesion of the team and stimulate the enthusiasm and motivation of employees, the company organized a 6-day and 5-night Yunnan trip for all employees in December 2023. The number of participants in the tour reached more than 730, which not only allowed everyone to relax and cultivate their minds in their spare time, but also enhanced the emotional exchange between colleagues and strengthened the cooperation and understanding between each other. In this year, we have been riding the wind and waves, overcoming obstacles, and the hardships experienced in the journey, the sweat sprinkled in the struggle, and the fruits harvested after the efforts have all been transformed into the power of fearlessly facing the wind and waves and pursuing dreams, inspiring us to achieve new leaps in inheriting the past and opening up the future.
